Outreach Worker is available 35 hours per week to provide information, advice and support in Bosnian-Serbo-Croat-Albanian languages on Welfare Benefit Rights, Housing, Health and Community Care issues. Form filling, advocacy and liaison with other agencies on behalf of a client are provided directly to client from their home.

Delivered in collaboration with the North West London NHS and other health agencies in our premises in Bosnian- Serbo-Croat language, to raise awareness amongst the West Balkan community about the health issues affecting them.

Visits to historic places in the UK.

Providing beneficiaries and other volunteers with internal and external trainings which will help them develop their skills and knowledge in areas of social and community care, enabling them to fully contribute to society. The volunteers assist paid staff in administration, home visits, organising and delivering event information, next door support and befriending, accompanying and interpreting. By working for us volunteers, particularly the elderly, feel that they are useful to society, which helps them gain an improved sense of self worth and has helped overcome their sense of isolation.
